I only use the drive thru but they are so fast and accurate that it is a real shame most stores can not run this well anymore.... Food is always fresh and hot with friendly people. Outside of the place looks really clean and everyone leaving from insidealways seems happy and content. #1 place I have been to recently for this brand and I have travels a fair bit. Read more
Ordered happy meals for each of my kids... was asked if I wanted apple slices or extra fries and I ordered apple slices... Got... the food, check it over, and realize no apple slices... get back in the drive through and wait again to tell someone I didn'tget apple slices... girl procedes to tell me they don't have any... you mean to tell me the person that handed me my ordercouldn't speak up and say something so I didn't have to waste my time and gas driving back through... terrible customerservice... but that's okay they still expect to be making $15 an hour Read more
I went through the drive thru and asked for a mcdouble add mac sauce and they forgot to add it so I went in and politely asked... them to add it to my sandwich. They kept offering me free this, free that, I said no thank you, I'm not upset or anything. I juslike my mcdoubles with mac sauce ???? so they apologized for the wait and handed me a new mcdouble with mac sauce. I get to mycar and see this! I am disgusted! I wasnt upset AT ALL with their mistake until they did this to me.. I asked to add mac sauce,not to smother my sandwich with it!
