For the amount of money paid, the service and attention to detail should have been better. First off, when I arrived for my togo... order, no one was at the door. I stood there for at least 5 minutes before I was greeted. When I received my order, I didn't getthe bread for my appetizer. I also ordered a martini for 2 but it only filled one glass. Bonefish grill is the place to go for fresh seafood. My favorite is the tuna poke bowl, with fresh tuna on top of rice,... onions, cucumbers, lettuce, peppers and a spicy poke sauce. My companion got grilled salmon topped with crab. The meal includesa crusty loaf of bread with olive oil and pesto for dipping. Delicious! I highly recommend it. Read more

I hate to do this because I am a big fan of Bonefish but it's really the only recourse I have for bad customer service. A few... weeks back I had surgery and a friend sent us dinner through doordash that night. When it arrived all of the chicken was veryundercooked. I immediately contacted the restaurant and they said I would get a call back in 30 minutes from the manager. 90minutes later I called back and she told me "I was going to call you back but have a full dining room." I was disappointed withthis response as I was also a customer with an issue that needed resolving. Long story short, because it was ordered through a3rd party (doordash) my only recourse for food that night was to pick it up which was not possible being post op. The manageragreed to send gift cards to offset the cost of the meal we had to throw out. No gift cards were ever received. I understandthat restaurants are struggling with staffing right now and get overwhelmed at times but this was handled poorly. Read more
We have heard so many reviews about this place from friends who had visited earlier. So we decided to give it a go on my... birthday. And needless to say, we weren?t disappointed. The staff were nice and polite, greeted us with a big smile. We orderedthe bang bang shrimp as the appetizer which of course is a big hit here. For entrees, we ordered the Chilean sea bass with mangosalsa and Soy glazed butterfish with creamy spinach and rice. Both dishes were exquisite. And so was the ambience of therestaurant. I came with 7 people at lunchtime. The parking lot and restaurant was fairly empty. But they were opened. It took an hour to get... our food. Our waiter (namely Martavious) was the best thing about our patronage! He was very attentive and apologetic! None ofus were happy with our food. I have a garlic allergy but i guess that?s the only seasoning in the world so the chef seasoned myfood with nothing at all?..just to be safe. The food was so tasteless that the visual in my head of how it all went down in thekitchen was this ?.. Cook 1: ?Man, i?ve been working here for 17 years and HR just told me my HMO won?t cover the removal ofthe grapefruit sized cancer on my forehead because it?s benign!
