First time visiting this location, and i can't say we'd go back. It was Halloween evening so not very busy. We sat at the bar as... we usually do because the bartenders are always super friendly at our home location. This particular person didn't feel like sheshe needed to exert much energy to serve us, much less be friendly. The food was quick, correct and tasty. Read more

You can't treat customers this way and expect to stay open. We hadn't been to BWW in a long time and decided to give it a try... again. The waitress let us know up front that the food will probably be brought out as its ready, we said that fine. The 3kids ordered wings, I ordered a Buffalo chicken wrap, a side of Fries and wife ordered a salad. The kids food came out in about10-15 minutes and about 40 minutes later My wife and I still didn't have our food, I had to find the waitress and have hercancel the remaining part of our order. I get people are short staffed, but this waitress rarely checked on us, never updatedus on our progress and as I'm paying for the food, 1 hour in, they thin bring out the salad and chicken wrap and fries. I toldthem we are leaving and they didn't apologize or offer to give us the food they finally brough out. We will not be going back. Read more
I went in for a carry out, it was busy but pathetic experience and I am not going ever back again to this one. First of all... wrong order got Onion rings in place of wings . Rest order was OK, called in manager gave the refund. Then I dig into the LoadedDawg, the the upper breaded crust was cooked but the chicken inside basically RAW. Called in but then again who has the patienceto wait again For 20 minute on the phone. Sorry not impressed and the one making the dawg should be fired for serving raw meat. Read more
Got a 10 piece medium boneless wings as takeout. They forgot the celery. I ordered from my phone and app stalled at payment. So... I attempted payment again so they would fill my order. As you would guess, they billed me twice. Fortunately, they caught it andonly charged me once. The dine in area is definitely an after work unwind type place. Plenty to do if you are looking to blowoff some steam or hang out with the boys. Parking isn't too bad. Plenty of spots and easy to drive around in. The food is decentvalue for the price. Tastes great if you are wanting some wings. The staff were nice and did their best to help. I think thekitchen could use some training though. I will return again because the food is good but only if I have the patience to dealwith issues, which I will plan on. Not my first choice, but still a choice for good food. Read more
Update: Has been a while since we visited. Decided to give BWW Franklin another go. Food was ready on time. Wings were good... (upgraded to two stars from one because the order was on time). Salad was awful, nothing like expected from the websitepicture. Salad was buffalo wedge salad. Don?t waste your money. One chicken tender, no sauce and the rest?see thepicture. Previous Review: So order online 45m in advance. Not ready when promised. You can?t social distance at the pickupcounter. You tell the attendant you will wait outside. Overall it's your typical Chain restaurant. The service was good, they also allowed my French bulldog to sit on the patio. Fried... pickles were hot, beer was cold. it wasn?t even busy when we went in, but somehow EVERY table was covered in trash from the moment we walked in, and out!!!... Literally nobody cleaned them off! It was absolutely disgusting! The floor was soooo dirty. There were ants on our table, Thetoilets were clogged in every stall with menstrual blood. The list could go on!!! so NASTY!!! How is this place still inbusiness? Honestly?
