I have been waiting over a week to hear back from the owner of this location. I was told by corporate the the owner would... contact me over an issue I had with my order. I guess the owner doesn't care. If his employees could make an order correctly Iwouldn't be waiting for a resolution. This Is ridiculous. Either this owner is lazy or doesn't care. 9-6-22: I guess they are too busy to take orders. I drove through the drive-through at 5:20 PM. There were three cars outside... and no customers dining in. No one took my order, and I drove off eventually. As I drove past the building to go to Wendy?s, Isaw a worker standing outside smoking a cigarette who was not standing out there when I drove through the drive-through. Read more
Ordered 1 combo and only got the burger. Tried to call the establishment when I got back to the office and could not get anyone... on the phone. Location was not busy inside or outside. This is by far the worst Burger King in the state of Tennessee. Almost every time I?ve went there, regardless of what you order... or tell them, they will only put mayo in your burger, with no ketchup or mustard. They will always get your order wrong somehowno matter what. Not only that, but the drive thru is closed two days a week, typically on weekends, which is ridiculous. Read more
Highly unreliable and will frequently close or at least refuse to answer the drive-thru. You can try to go here if you like, but... you're taking a losing gamble as to whether they'll be open or not. If you want to dine in don't bother. After seeing the BK tv advertisements for new products I have tried 5 times to go there in... about a month and a half. They are either completely closed or only the drive through is open. I was at the nearby Kroger lastSunday and noticed people dining in then, so I went back today to give them one last chance. Guess what? dining room not open. Here is the thing, there were 3 cars parked near the front doors but no one inside dining, so that must have been the staff?That is 2 more cars I've seen there when only the drive through was open. Not to mention there is a black broken down car thatis always sitting at the back of the parking lot. Maybe BK needs to cut their advertising back and offer better pay and benefitsto their employees? The staff was nice the guy Lamar that took my order was efficient with my order taking. He also let me know it would be a minute... because they were making my food fresh!!! It was not long at all and my food was delicious!!!! I will be returning to thislocation good job staff!!! Read more
