While I am a fan of the food, I'm not a fan of the service. I placed an online order, and when I arrived at the shop the order... had not been fulfilled. I tried to call before hand, and the line was disconnected. The clerks were not very helpful, andbasically said they don't check their online system. My response was "how can you not check an online system that you utilized"?I was thoroughly upset, and I think they need to develop better customer service skills. Read more
