Considering that I have NOT had good experiences with my local Chick-fil-A near my home the last couple of visits, I decided... while in Franklin...I would give them a chance to see if it is a consistent problem company-wide with how times are right now ornot?! This location did a GREAT JOB with being friendly, efficient and the large order of Waffle Fries were met withsatisfaction of freshness, fully filled container, overall pleased today, so was definitely worth it for a quick bite! Amazing. There were no less than 200 people at this Chick-fil-A during lunch today. The drive through was packed, cars lining up... out into the street, constantly moving. The tables were all taken, people coming in and out for pickup orders constantly. It waslike the trading floor on Wall Street - so much energy. This team made it look easy - I still got my order in under 10 minutes.Most fast food places can?t get your order to you that fast with 4 cars in the drive through line. They were having one of those nights where they do baloon animals for the little people and were much busier than normal.
