Called and placed a catering order. Explained I had a newborn and asked to go through the drive through to pick up (it was just... a small nugget tray), was kindly told of course. Considering that I have NOT had good experiences with my local Chick-fil-A near my home the last couple of visits, I decided... while in Franklin...I would give them a chance to see if it is a consistent problem company-wide with how times are right now ornot?! This location did a GREAT JOB with being friendly, efficient and the large order of Waffle Fries were met withsatisfaction of freshness, fully filled container, overall pleased today, so was definitely worth it for a quick bite! Amazing. There were no less than 200 people at this Chick-fil-A during lunch today. The drive through was packed, cars lining up... out into the street, constantly moving. The tables were all taken, people coming in and out for pickup orders constantly. It waslike the trading floor on Wall Street - so much energy. This team made it look easy - I still got my order in under 10 minutes.Most fast food places can?t get your order to you that fast with 4 cars in the drive through line. They were having one of those nights where they do baloon animals for the little people and were much busier than normal. Enough... so that there was only one small table on the entire restaurant available yet, our food was fast and the line (inside) wasshort. As usual everyone was very friendly and polite. Kudos ???? Honestly, I love chick fil a but this was one of the dirtiest most chaotic and unorganized ones I've been to. They got our order... wrong, the lady before us and then the next two while we were waiting on ours to be corrected. We ate in the restaurant to letthe kids stretch their legs as we were traveling, but the place was just dirty. Although I normally really enjoy Chick-fil-A, this location has gotten my order wrong multiple times now. The problem is when... it's drive through I'm long gone before I realize. I attached a picture that you can see. Specifically the main issue I have ismultiple times that I have received drive-through orders of nuggets they come in the wrong quantity always less than what Iordered. This one had six and a tiny crunchy instead of the eight that I paid for. The food is still Chick-fil-A quality butwhen you don't get what you order it's problematic. friendly accommodating staff but very disappointed with what I received. I see this is a poor value $5 for a spicy chicken... sandwich and well a picture's worth a thousand words song judge for yourself. I will not be returning to this Chick-fil-A. themeat was rubbery and appear to have been reheated with the microwave and not fresh the tomatoes were green, hard and unripenedin the pickles were well beyond their shelf life.
