I love everything about Chicken Salad Chick. I never thought that there could be so many varieties, but there ARE! I love to... have mine with crackers and a side of broccoli salad.....and get this, I don't even like broccoli!! But this is GREAT! Placed an order for a large fancy Nancy, pimento cheese and pasta salad. Only received the pasta salad initially. Waited 20... minutes before the rest of my order was given to me. Asked the lady if anyone was working on the rest of my order and she saidyes, but watched her ask them where the rest of my order was and they said what large pimento and chicken salad? Line was outthe door when I got there. Waited over 45 minutes to order. Least that I could have received was my complete order. Onegentleman working could have been helping take orders but instead he was just standing around laughing. Business needs help andbetter hours. Quality of orders should be checked. Read more

It's fun to romanticize a southern lunch on the porch on a warm summer day, enjoying Grandma's chicken salad and a sun drenched... sweet tea. Just slightly less rewarding is finding a lunch destination restaurant that offers an amazingly similar southern mealwithout Grandma in the kitchen. "Chicken salad chick" has smartly packaged this type of restaurant into a fast, convenientcounter service environment. I'm writing this when this location is still pretty new, so I have been unable to try many of thechicken salad variations or enter the doors when it's not packed. The decor is nice and it does feel like a great red hat ladylunch location. But the current crowds and crowded table layout doesn't provide for that meeting. The only other negativefeeling I have about this new restaurant is it's surprising reliance on a minute maid lemonade in a restaurant that many wouldassume would make their iced tea and lemonade from tea bags and lemons. Otherwise, the food was good and I look forward toreturning to the chicken salad chick. Read more
