Visited the NEWLY opened Dunkin' on Saturday morning, 11:00am on a holiday weekend. Service was friendly, however there were few... choices to be had. The store hours are posted as open until 7 pm. When we asked if there were more donuts, we were told thatthis was all they had to last until the end of the day. They need serious help on planning inventory for the day. This is thesecond time I have visited this location, with the same result. No Long John, no Custard filled, case was almost empty, lookedlike they were ready to close. What will they do for the next eight hours? My first visit was to purchase 6 dozen donuts, I hadto go to the Cool Springs location. They didn't have enough then and, we barely made a dozen this visit. It is sad to see aninvestment going so poorly. Heads up! We love our Dunkin'. Read more
2PM and out of donuts. The staff told me they didn?t order enough and they don?t make anything but glazed occasionally in store.... A Dunkin? Donuts open for 5 more hours without any donuts. Call ahead or prepare to be surprised. Read more
Horrendous. There were 3 cars in front of me and I was stuck in the drive thru line for THIRTY MINUTES! When I got to the window... the lady handed me my order and took my card, but walked away. I waited 7 minutes just to be given my card back and then I waslate for work due to the whole ordeal. I will never return to this Dunkin again. Read more
We ordered everything bagels but they gave us plain. The cream cheese was a little skimpy, too. In fairness, there seemed to be... a issue with the ordering system, but the receipt was correct. Read more
Door dash order canceled for the 4th time due to no doughnuts ? I asked the manager why they always cancel orders and won?t just... turn off the app. She said they knowingly accept orders knowing they can?t fulfill them and have no control over the app? Idecided to drive to the store. One employee slaving alone in the drive through with no one else there. They said they are awareof their bad reviews. Won?t be ordering again . Read more
Went here at approximately 12:45 PM on 10/25/2021. Walked in on an associate eating pizza behind the counter. He quickly rushed... to the back to dispose of his meal. Came back to the register questionablely quick for someone who should've washed their handsbefore serving me. He went on the serve me 2 mislabeled donuts and medium coffee with a ton of coffee grinds in it... Read more
Let me preface this by saying we LOVE Dunkin? Donuts! We don?t have any local old fashioned donuts shops, so this is our go-to... donut place. We love their donuts. Their coffee is excellent and I like that you can get breakfast sandwiches and other realfood. The combination of DD and Baskin Robbins is a plus. However, even pre-pandemic, this location struggles to keep up andkeep clean. It is always busy, so this likely contributes to the problem. But it feels like they are about 2 employees short ofa smooth operation. Drinks are often wrong (especially iced coffees) and the inside looks like it isn?t cleaned frequently. Wewill keep going back, but this place could do so much more business. I frequently see people wait in line for a few minutes thenleave out of frustration. Read more
This location always has great service with very friendly staff, but unfortunately the popularity of this location also means... that if you are arrive at certain times of the day they may be completely sold out of donuts and bakery items. While that may bedisappointing as a customer, it is awesome that the business is thriving to sell out! Read more
