***Updated Review! The beginning is my original review from about 6 months ago**** They closed the store early. I'm just trying... to order for a pregnant friend and you're not decent enough to answer the speakers much before it was even the 7pm closing time?This man just stared out of their window at me when I went by. There were people in the drive through and parking lot who werealso confused as to why they were acting like they weren't open and locked the doors. *UPDATE*: This store has gotten a tonbetter. My friend and I started to frequently visit it on weekdays in the mornings on our way to work. The order doesoccasionally get messed up, but that happens, no one is perfect when there's a thousand orders coming in, which we totallyunderstand having worked in fast food before. We unfortunately haven't gone much recently because the mobile ordering has notbeen available in the past month or so, and it takes a lot of time out if we can't just go for pick up. When the mobile orderingis open we go almost every day, but with it not being an option recently we've just been heading to the McDonald's across thestreet since they have a coffee and breakfast option, and the mobile ordering is available making it much faster for us on ourway to work. If they turn mobile ordering back on in the morning we will definitely be coming back by! Read more
This is the worst location by far. There is almost never a line yet you have to wait 10 minutes for one drink. I just ordered a... large Charli and they gave me a large iced coffee with heavy cream and then a ton of cold foam on top. There was no cinnamon, noCarmel, and there was a ton of sugar on the bottom. Sunday Aug 21 morning shift. Busy and all over the place yet they all handled it pretty well since their was only 3 of them they... deserve some type of praise. My coffee was definitely rushed and didn?t taste as good as usual but I fully understand why andI?m proud of the young man and 2 young ladies for doing the best they can. Read more
Received a chewed up donut and the hash browns aren't placed in the pouch and they are all over the bag. When questioned, got a... rude reply from the staff and didn't even apologize for how they treated a customer. Happened this couple of times, so I thoughtof writing a review on how the customers are received at this shop. Customer is not treated with any respect whatsoever in thisshop by the staff and the management appear to be kept on ignoring the reviews. I wish there was 0 stars option in Googlereviews.. Read more
The girl taking drive through orders today 6/24/22 is rude and should be replaced. She got an attitude with me when I said that... I was looking for the types of donuts they carry but I couldn?t find them on the drive the menu. Is that really all it takes forher to be a smart a**? Oh and when I placed my order she didn?t give me a total, just rudely said ?pull around,? also with anattitude. Management should replace her. She?s short-fused and not good at her job. Read more
Watch your order they will cheat you. I ordered and paid for 10 munchkins but I got 8. They are always out of chocolate milk... too, maybe get people who know how to count and order supplies. Oh and the # google has says it's been changed. Super Irritated Read more
