Okay, I am not one to criticize a fast food place and usually love Five Guys, but this trip was vomit worthy. After ordering,... paying, and tipping, I noticed one of the line servers wipe his nose on his wrist numerous times while putting together orders.I assume his nose either itched or was running. I received my order, got to the car, opened it, and noticed the bun was staleand the meat questionable (there was a rotting odor). This will be my last trip to this location in Franklin, TN. Management orsupervisors should remove all employees from the food line if they have symptoms of a cold, allergies, COVID, itchy nose, or theFlu. Gross. Read more

The burger and fries tasted great but this place is very pricey. I ordered a large shake and their largest size is a kids cup. ... I have never been there before and I'm not going back. I have been told by many people that Five Guys has the best burgers so I finally found myself in Franklin and decided to try... one. I ordered a double bacon cheeseburger and small fries. I was definitely impressed with the fact grilled onions andmushrooms come on them, that was a bonus! The small fries were extremely plentiful, and overflowed out of the cup. Service wasgreat. Food was served fast and hot. The only negative thing I can say is that some tables were not wiped and the restaurantfloors were dirty. Got a regular burger and fries take out for dinner. The food is excellent and delicious. If you want a burger, Five Guys is your... place. And the fries, be hungry. You get amazing value for what you order. You probably want one regular fries for each two ormaybe even three people in your group. Worth it. Dine in is available and in good shape. Parking is a bit tight at thislocation. But they have spots. The staff are nice but need to pay attention to detail. My order was given to another personbefore I got there. He had only the same first name. So I had to wait for my order to be made again, even though I ordered inadvance via phone before I got there. I didn't wait long, maybe ten minutes. Still a blemish on an otherwise great meal. I thinkI will go back, but only if I know I will have extra time to deal with a mistake. Read more
Highly disappointed. I have recently visited twice and disappointed both the times. I ordered Large Cajun Fries both the times... and ended up getting very little. Not worth $8 to pay for it. I always prefer Five Guys over others for fries and ready to paythe price but with very less portions for the money is not acceptable. I used to purchase in other Five Guys around Nashvillearea, never experienced this. Read more
Food tasted well enough. Fries were salted a little on the heavy side. The price is not worth it. Two burgers, one fry, and two... drinks nearly $40. Five Guys makes everyone pay for all the toppings whether you want them or not. Not is why all toppings areincluded in the price. Read more
