The food was great! My husband had prime rib and I had fried catfish, everything was fresh and hot. Our waitress, Courtney was... fantastic. Everything was timed perfectly, drinks etc. were refilled without asking. I specifically asked for hot French fries,they were brought out a couple of minutes after the fish and we?re right out of the frier. Best meal and service we?ve had forawhile! Read more
Today for lunch I ordered the 'Lemon Herb Chicken with two sides of green beans'. The chicken was tender and very juicy. The... creamy lemon herb sauce was perfect, and it wasn't even tart. It was just a nice hint of citrus in the cream. The green beanswere more than just awesome. I feel like they were freshly cut and cooked. There are plenty of seats that are comfy. Read more

Everything that I have eaten there has been grilled and seasoned perfectly. The waiting staff are courteous and conscientious.... Their steaks and hamburgers are the best I ever had. Their pasta is very good as well. Their side dishes are numerous and alsovery good. A+ Read more
Honestly for a Place like Franklin, the town deserves quality as expected, prices are quite high. We were welcomed with smile... and table for our group didn?t take too long. We got food all the way from Stake, pasta, ribs, tenders and all sort ofsodas. Overprices on everything. Quality of server provided to us didn?t meet our expectations. Poor service. We stopped in to eat around one in the afternoon. The restaurant is clean. Great staff from the hostess to our server, to the... manager. A few people were waiting, but only two people in our party, we were seated right away. Server came out immediately andtook our drink orders. The complimentary biscuits were soft and delicious. I ordered the spinach artichoke dip as an appetizer.Tasted more like Creamed spinach. Not a bad taste, but missing artichoke flavor And chose one of their seasonal cocktails. Thealmond joy. Coconut rum, cream de cacao, and chocolate (unsure of the last ingredient). Cool and tasty. I had the apple cheddargrille sandwich with sweet potato fries. It's been too long since we've revisited this restaurant, and we shouldn't have waited that long to dine here again. The service... was fantastic, the food all looked and tasted great, and the portion sizes were awesome for the prices. We are a huge fan oflocally owned restaurants that cook food fresh, that are not chains, and Franklin Chop House definitely fits the bill! Read more
