Welp..Well... I went in and waited patiently Saturday afternoon. Once it was my turn the lady said how many. I said 4. I pick... out my cupcakes she is not happy or helpful. She was rushing me but it seemed odd because she was so kind to the patron beforeme with kids. I pay for my cupcakes and as I'm typing my number in for the reward she clears the screen. I said can you bringthat back up, nope she replies. I told her I hope she has a better day because she wasn't kind at all.. NEVER AGAIN. Cupcakes looked pretty but, sooooo much sugar. Even on top of frosting it was sprinkled sugar. Huge bulb of frosting on... strawberry cupcake, buttercream was not smooth. Hard to eat all of it. I had to remove all the frosting. Can you reduce sugar inthose please or it least substitute with honey, date syrup, agave ? Read more
We were in Alabama on vacation for my wife?s birthday and we decided to stop at Gigi?s cupcakes so we could all choose the... flavor we wanted. We got two marble, two wedding cake, a red velvet and a cookie dough. They were all absolutely amazing andeach of us were impressed and happy with our selection. Delicious, their macarons all have great flavors, I bought 1 of every option they had at the time. Sadly only 2 of them were... fully cooked, the rest were just minutes away from being cooked. l popped them in the microwave???? Read more

When I started looking for a vendor for a wedding cake - I didn't initially think of Gigis because they have cupcakes. Upon... doing a couple of tastings, I started thinking...I just really want the wedding cupcake at Gigi's...I wonder if they would do awedding cake. They do! Our cake was beautiful and delicious. Working with Casey in Franklin was a great experience and shedesigned the wedding cake I really wanted. I would highly recommend them for your wedding! Read more
Love this place! I hate the Gigis in Nashville closed, but at least I have this one. They did an amazing job with a unicorn cake... for my daughter. Will be back again. So thankful for the baker who took her time, thank you. Wished I tipped you more. Read more
