I had a last minute group order for a high level meeting and Liz Lorick went out of her way to help. They had a heavy delivery... schedule and the store was very busy. She absolutely went above and beyond to make sure the order was ready for me to pick up atmy requested time... awesome! A less than pleasant experience here today. After ordering the salad bar we were greeted by a young man with brown hair who... asked if we wanted all three of our salad bars on one tray?never been asked that before at a Jason?s. He seemed to be frustratedafter we said we?d like individual trays and started just throwing bowls, plates, and silverware on the trays. He was alsocarrying food to tables with his bare hands. Kinda gross and not company standard procedure from what I?ve seen in other partsof Nashville Metro. Salad bar was a mess and I know we came in after the church rush, but there was like no one maintaining thesalad bar. The romaine lettuce was all brown and some of the other ingredients were not fresh looking! You can?t serve that! Wewill continue to go to Jason?s, but perhaps not this location anymore. Read more

The new employee didn't know the menu, there were no signs where to pick up to-go food, he didn't know that either. We got food... requiring utensils and he didn't know where they were either. There were no napkins or utensils in the bag. He didn't asked ifwe wanted our food toasted or of we wanted anything more. There was also a bag of chips and apple slices on the dining roomfloor. Salad bar is open again and great, albeit now a "one trip" style. Lots of selection and the plates are huge so don't worry, you... won't need a second. We also had the New Yorker sandwich, which was piled high with pastrami and corned beef. Unfortunately itwas very dry. Read more
Very good place to have a quick healthy meal. They have a big salad bar, also offer a large variety of sandwiches: cold or warm,... as well as soup or pasta. Gluten free options available. Good place for kids too, easily accessible as there are no stairsrequired to climb. We also appreciate the friendly staff, ready to make your visit as enjoyable as possible. Read more
The food was pretty good, but the young lady that took our order, seemed put out that we took a few minutes to look over the... menu. If she flicked her hair once she did it 3 dozen times. I would think working around food, you would not want youremployees to constantly be swishing their long hair around. The food was acceptable, but the employee attitude was very lacking. Read more
