Fresh tasty pizza. Large veggies thin crust had variety of vegetables and tomato sauce. Crust was crisp and flavorful. Price... was under $20. Read more

Too much sauce. When I removed the first piece, the toppings slid off and the same happened with 2 other pieces in the box.... Also, cooked bacon fat isn't white. I had stomach issues. I love Jet's. Ate at the original location when I lived in Detroit.Very disappointed and gave it to my dogs. Read more

Probably the worst jets location in the history of jets pizza. They can?t even get there hours right online. Regardless of... Covid-19 modified hours you still could call them at 7pm and they will never answer. Best if you call north Brentwood locationsor Nashville locations if you would like any service at all. Jets on Mac Hatcher is 100% worst service in the history ofservice. Read more

We usually LOVE Jet's pizza, when we lived in east Nashville. This particular Franklin location needs some work. Here are pics... of last night's dinner. The driver was ok with handing us this and felt it was an acceptable delivery. When we called thestore, they don't do refunds or credits. Just offered to send out another pizza, complete with a 40 min wait. No thanks. Also, was disappointed in the pizza itself. Oddly lacked flavor and the thin crust was stiff, but chewy... This particular branch has always been slow (food is never ready when the confirmation e-mail says it will be ready). But last... Friday 2-1-2019 I ordered online, and went to pick up my order. E-mail confirmation said ready by 5:50. When I checked in withthe counter person at 5:55 , he said it would be about 5 more minutes. So I waited for another 30 minutes, at least 3 timessomeone asked for my name again, looked at the waiting food and then wandered off. I stood in there until 6:30, and was neverapologized to or shown any concern by the entire staff. Since I am not a middle aged woman with a "I need to speak with themanager" haircut, I didn't cause a scene I just left and got food from a competitor. When I noticed later that they hadcharged my credit card , I called the corporate number from the website. They said all branches are individually owned so Iwould have to call this specific store. When I did call and ask to speak to someone about a complaint, I was hung up on. Thehorrible service I received from this branch has helped me decide to not patronize any Jets pizza any more. My pizza was messed up one time but they gladly gave me credit and re-made it for me quickly. Employees are eager to work with... you and help you in any way they can which is what I love about this store. Awesome crew but register employees don?t get tokeep the tips you leave them on the receipt. Sad. Definitely the best store around though glad they put this one in becausebefore all I had was the Columbia avenue store. Read more

Eric, the "manager" is without manners, and is not concerned with helping customers, nor interested in honoring the advertised... specials. I would not use this location. Service is below acceptable and they have no want for anything better. Probably worsenow than when I first wrote this review. I can not stress enough how unsatisfied I am with this location. * Lumber Drive isawesome. Best people in the company. * Charlotte Pike, best of jet's for quality. *HILLSBORO RD IS THE WORST AND SHOULD NOT BECONSIDERED THE SAME PIZZA.
