Once again, the staff have refused to provide decent customer service. Honestly, I absolutely love McAlister?s food. We frequent... the Cool Springs location multiple times a month. I don?t know why I keep trying to order with them for any delivery service.It?s a complete waste. The selections are extremely limited via the apps, which I can understand. So I call the store, give myname and what?s my order and simply ask for a side of my favorite sauce. The employee pretends to record my of a side sauce andthen the order is delivered lacking my extremely reasonable request. This is the 3rd time, so it seems at this point, the jokeis on me. Food is usually good but service is always lacking. I don't know if this is just how McAlister's Deli all operate or just the... few I've been to, but it's pretty annoying when they hand you a bag of food and your missing items or they get it so wrong thatthey give you someone else's food and the other person has left with your food. Because then you get to stand around and wait30 minutes for them to remake your food and not even get an apology. Read more

We were here for a quick lunch on a Sunday afternoon and we were appalled by the unbearable service lazy and rude. Food quality... was unbeatable as we had a fly swimming in our lemonade ice tea. When reported we were told they are short staffed pls beware ofthis place. Read more

Probably the most sub-par and overpriced deli I?ve ever visited. $9 for a BLT is a statement of a very high-class BLT, and yet... the photo below, is what you get. Barely toasted, super-market sandwich bread, a sliver of browning avocado, 3 paper-thin baconwisps, and wilty spring mix?. I used to love their food - pre pandemic. This was our first visit since Covid. The food was subpar. Definitely not the same and... I was not impressed at all. We ended up leaving unsatisfied. Not sure what the issue is, but this was just not the same. It mademe sad to be honest. Read more

Nothing to write home About. My fiancée is really big on this chain, and this is only my third time eating it. We went in... Murfreesboro 11/25 and she ordered the Turkey crunch and I told her I ordered that but I thought it would be crunchy, she?s saysit is and shows me the chips stacked on it to give it the crunch. I proceed to tell her the one I had at the above restaurantwasn?t made like that. Jump to today when I give them another chance and just like last time they skipped on the crunch part ofthe turkey crunch.
