Had a great first experience. Drove from Smyrna. To me it was worth the drive. Was welcomed warmly. Did not get negative... reaction for using a coupon. Explained the menu well. Didn't take long for the food to come out. The fries came first and wasmuch more than I expected. Delicious enough for me to enjoy without ketchup. I had a burger and dog. Both were incrediblydelicious. Wife ordered no bun, so it was wrapped in lettuce. It cost more than I expected, but after eating the food, I have tosay I will definitely be eating there again. This makes my top three favorite burger restaurants. I highly recommend if you area burger efficionado. Read more

Mooyah is ok. Fries were great, shake was good, and the burger was? decent. If a friend was insistent on going to Mooyah and... wouldn?t budge, then I honestly wouldn?t complain. The food isn?t bad. Heck, I honestly like it better than Shake Shack! Mybiggest issue with Mooyah is that Cool Springs and Franklin as a whole have so many other restaurants that excel aboveMooyah. Want some ice cream? You have Jeni?s ~3 minutes walking. Burgers? Oh man, there are SOOOOO many great burger placesnearby. Burger up and Ground specifically come to mind and are at a similar price point. Ground is even fast-food-lite if youneed a quick bite to eat. If you absolutely want a burger and want to stay in this specific shopping center? then sure, go forMooyah. You won?t be disappointed. Good, tasty cheeseburger. Decent, tasty personal chips. I had to dodge a malfunctioning sprinkler on the way in. See picture.... There is plenty of parking and the staff are polite. We ordered fountain drinks and were asked to get bottles from the cooler.Not a big deal but not what I expected. Overall not a bad meal, but it seemed very blah to me. On the pricey side too. Almostlazy execution. Not mad, but I wasn't wowed. The burger market is very saturated with options and my selections didn't standout.
