Server (believe her name was Emma) was phenomenal, rocking her own whole side of the dining room by herself without batting an... eye on a Friday night. Drinks were great, appetizer and rolls prompt and fresh, food quick, refills quicker. Burger had a weirdchemically taste so I couldn?t eat but I didn?t mention it to the server because eh, not her fault. O?Charleys burgers used tobe great! Didn?t look or taste the same as they used to, but what can you do. Rest of the food and fiancé?s meal was fantastic!Will just have to find a new go-to next time. Terrible experience. Sat at the bar for a quick bite where one single lady and two men were also dining ( Couldn't sit at any of... the bar tables because they all had signs that said closed for remodeling?) Anyway the two men carried on an extremely loudconversation laden with profanities the entire time I was there, so uncomfortable. Additionally the bartender and none of thestaff seemed to think there was anything out of the ordinary for these two men to be cussing loudly at the top of their voicefor the entire restaurant to hear. There is no way that management and certainly not the bartender couldn't hear what washappening and couldn't ask those men to, at the very least, lower their voices. I've eaten here so many times in the past but Icannot imagine ever going back after this truly terrible experience. Read more

Excellent dinner and excellent service! I had the sirloin steak that was prepared great. After bringing it to the table Gerard... waited to be certain it was cooked exactly how I requested. Once he was certain meals were prepared as requested he came backquickly and topped off our drinks and asked if everything tasted great. Walked by every so often to look & see if everything waswell. When we were nearly done he topped off our drinks even though they really didn't need it and asked if we would likedessert. Kinda tough to pass up but we held strong. Next time I am in the area and hungry, O'Charley's is where I am going. Read more

Not sure what the main issue was, but they seemed out of everything, low staff, empty tables and the food was not cooked right.... Asked for a medium steak and got well done. The waiter was awesome, the bartender not so much. When we were the only people inthe restaurant, why was the food late and cooked wrong? Didn't seem like a Covid or low staff problem. I forgot to take a picture of my food because I was hungry and it looked good. Got peach chutney chicken with mashed sweet... potatoes and broccoli for lunch. Great dish. It's not too expensive and is a good quality meal. The dine in experience iscomfortable and the wait staff are quick and nice. We got there right at open and they weren't mad or anything. Parking isdecent but I have seen it crowded during peak times. We are regular customers. Plan on staying that way. I recommend the chickenstrips, honey mustard, and bread for those not having been here before. Read more

Co-worker asked if I wanted to grab a bite after work. I?m chubby so I can always eat - to O?Charleys we went. Sat in the bar... booths and service was a bit slow. Jourdan made up for it by being super nice and on top of orders from then on. Had a bowl ofpotato soup for a starter and it was great! Cheesy, potato forward with a boatload of bacon. Yum. Bacon makes everythingbetter. Had the fried shrimp dinner platter and the co-worker had a bourbon bacon filet. Shrimp came with bacon mashed potatos(see above bacon comment) and broccoli. The shrimp were.....average. Sort of bland, slightly oily mouthfeel. I started peelingthe breading off towards the end. Potatos, yum. Broccoli, meh. Here?s the breakdown: Friendly service +1 star; great soup +1star; nice hot rolls with butter +1 star; nice overall dinner experience +1 star. I?d go back to try other stuff. Read more
