October 3, 2022 We ordered online for pick up. Upon arriving at home, 1 of the plates was missing the honey walnut shrimp... (premium item). I had to called twice before speaking to someone who asked if we were close. I said no, we were not, but wouldbe willing to accept a credit to my spouses account or refund for the item missing. He said he would tell a manager with nooffer to resolve their error. I then requested to speak with a manager, he told me there was no manager on site. We arrived at 6:15, and they were out of string bean chicken and beef and broccoli. Okay I?ll get orange chicken and teriyaki... chicken, my wife got a side of fried rice and spring rolls. We get to the window and pay, then I ask for sauce - they arecompletely out of teriyaki sauce and sweet and sour. Whatever, we leave with our food and realize there are no spring rolls orfortune cookies in the bag. We have to drive back and wait in the drive through to get the spring rolls and I ask for a fewfortune cookies. Out of them too, says the clearly high cash register operator. So we get home and the fried rice is completelyburnt and too hard to even chew. I will never go to this restaurant again and urge every one else to stay far far away!! Read more
To objectively document the experience I had yesterday coming to this location - I haven't been to a Panda Express in probably 2... years or more, but I wanted to come try the new Beyond Orange Chicken. Here's how it went: Walk inside (6pm). No employeesvisible, restaurant is completely empty. One comes out to take my order. Orange chicken was old and brown. Noodles undercookedand all broken into inch long pieces. Spring rolls undercooked and cold. No sweet and sour sauce. Employee had to clean a trayfrom a stack of dirty trays, puts my food on it and hands to me with the tray still wet. Napkin dispenser empty. So I went tobathroom to get some paper towels. Paper towel dispenser in bathroom broken open and hanging down. Both trash cans in diningroom over flowing. It's a shame when you give a restaurant another try after years, and they prove to you why you don't go inthe first place. But it's fast food.. what can you expect? I felt cheated having paid $13 for this meal and experience. Props toPanda Express for doing the Beyond Chicken, I think it would have been better if it was in better condition. May try anotherstore but will definitely check the reviews next time. Seems like the store I went to just needs better management andoversight. Read more

Waited in the drive thru for over 20 minutes, when I got up to the speaker I ordered a family meal, the girl said they didn't... have the ingredients to make it, I replied that I hadn't even told her what entrées I wanted yet, she then said that thekitchen was closed and they couldn't make any entrées and they only had sides left. Its listed that the restaurant closes at9pm and this was at 8:15pm, the kitchen closed 45 minutes early?? It was super irritating especially after sitting in line solong, the girl didn't even seem apologetic just like she wanted me to leave. Food was Blan, not even warm, not fresh. People were okay though. The inside was not clean, nothing was stocked, half the drinks... were broken. Clearly poorly managed, compared to the restaurant right next door. Read more
