They were out of the chipotle sauce for the Frontega Chicken and the app asked me if I wanted a swap. I said signature sauce and... it shows on my order. They forgot to put it on so super dry sandwich. Panera has no way to report messed up orders outside ofcalling the location which will do no good as they cannot refund mobile orders. This location also took THIRTY yes I said THIRTYminutes to get me a sandwich and 2 cups of Mac n cheese. I?ll be going next door to Gina?s next time and suggest you do thesame. Read more

I don't usually write reviews, but this has really become a problem with this location. Panera in general has become extremely... overpriced for the amount of food that you get. However, it is still a favorite for us, so we continue to enjoy a good soup andsandwich every now and then. On top of that, they charge extra for certain toppings (ex. avocado) and then DONT GIVE YOU THETOPPING! It has happened numerous times, and this last time it was like they didn't even read my order. I ordered a turkeysandwich LIGHT mustard and it was definitely regular or extra mustard. I ordered avocado which they charge for, and it nevermade it to my sandwich. This has happened multiple times. I always love to eat at this Panera because I can sit outside or inside. They?re always really quick with my order. They are... always friendly!
