I got teriyaki chicken sandwich. The chicken was burn. Bunch of teenagers boy and girl that not supervisor by a manger. The guy... who served my sandwich and the boy ring up my order a horrible attitude and bad service. I paid for my fried like 7 dollar theywere so rude that I walk out. When I came back to get lemonade he was very arrogant and prideful boy like hate working there. Iwas telling him about Jesus he say he don't talk about it here. The first one I ever ate at was in Louisville and I loved it. Found out these are the same guys. Great place and staff.
1st time I went (dine in) was an overall awful experience. Food was sloppy and cold, and took forever. Thought I might wait a... few weeks before eating there again they were still newly opened. Tried again after a few weeks. Online order not ready intime. Had to wait 20 additional minutes. Finally on the 3rd try, a year later, I have concluded no amount of time will helpthis place. Came in late lunch. Not busy. Still 25 mins from order to food. I wish I had a picture of my wife's face whenher Philly came out. It was so SAD. I?ve really wanted to like this place, but it just misses the mark. Our first visit when they opened was good, but it?s gone... down hill since. Tonight, I ordered subs and fries for my family. Subs were so so, but appear to be WAY smaller than they usedto be. Two large fries, which used to be an overflowing bag full, was barely enough for 3 of us. As the picture shows the cupsweren?t even full, and the fries were cold and appeared to be the leftovers. And those fries cost $13. Never again. Read more

So much potential, but poor management and inconsistent effort ruins the product. The first two times I went I had a great... sandwich and perfect fries. But each time after [4] the sandwich got worse & worse. No consistency in quality. I order the sameone every time, toasted. Each time it was less toasty and less tasty.
