So much potential, but poor management and inconsistent effort ruins the product. The first two times I went I had a great... sandwich and perfect fries. But each time after [4] the sandwich got worse & worse. No consistency in quality. I order the sameone every time, toasted. Each time it was less toasty and less tasty. The fries are always good, but I don't go here for fries.I say poor management b/c if the leadership was good then they'd have a consistent product. Read more

I got teriyaki chicken sandwich. The chicken was burn. Bunch of teenagers boy and girl that not supervisor by a manger. The guy... who served my sandwich and the boy ring up my order a horrible attitude and bad service. I paid for my fried like 7 dollar theywere so rude that I walk out. When I came back to get lemonade he was very arrogant and prideful boy like hate working there. Iwas telling him about Jesus he say he don't talk about it here. He said the holy spirit did not created or made penn station.Teenager boy who is a baptist blasphemy against holy spirit committed unforgivable sin. Read more

1st time I went (dine in) was an overall awful experience. Food was sloppy and cold, and took forever. Thought I might wait a... few weeks before eating there again they were still newly opened. Tried again after a few weeks. Online order not ready intime. Had to wait 20 additional minutes. Finally on the 3rd try, a year later, I have concluded no amount of time will helpthis place. Came in late lunch. Not busy. Still 25 mins from order to food. I wish I had a picture of my wife's face whenher Philly came out. It was so SAD. I'll post the Philly pic instead. $34 for 2 reg subs, 2 drinks, and 1 giant fry. Somebody open a good sub shop in this area pleaaaassssse! Read more

I?ve really wanted to like this place, but it just misses the mark. Our first visit when they opened was good, but it?s gone... down hill since. Tonight, I ordered subs and fries for my family. Subs were so so, but appear to be WAY smaller than they usedto be. Two large fries, which used to be an overflowing bag full, was barely enough for 3 of us. As the picture shows the cupsweren?t even full, and the fries were cold and appeared to be the leftovers. And those fries cost $13. Never again. Read more

I could not believe how rude the service was! He bagged my cold sandwich with hot fries. I asked if I could get them packaged... separately. He said, "No, get out of my store! Do I come into your work and tell you how to do your job?". What a class act. This guy shouldn't have a job. I asked for his name but he said "Don't worry about it.". WOW. Read more

So tonight I decided to try something new at Penn Station. I'd previously only had a Reuben or cheese steak sandwich. So I saw... the Dagwood and thought all those meats sounded good. So I ordered a grilled Dagwood with Mayo and mustard. The nice young manbehind the counter verified that I wanted Mayo and mustard only. Yes I said. So my families food comes out slowly, onesandwich at a time. Mine is last by about 5 minutes. Low and behold it's a bun with only Mayo and mustard. I asked if hereally thought I paid $9.49 for a bun with Mayo and mustard, yes he said. To his credit they remade it with all the meatslisted as I thought it came. Lesson learned. Read more

Stopped in for take out for three of us. Service was fast and efficient, they even brought my chips to me when I left them on... the counter. They could be friendlier, but they were busy on a Sunday afternoon. I had a small Reuben, Kristin had a cheesesteak, and Meredith had turkey and provolone. The sandwiches were served fairly quickly. If you are looking for a quick bite, the small makes a nice snack, but only a large will only satisfy a big, hungry fella. The freshly cut fries were cooked toperfection- hot and delicious. The bread is dense, like a fried yeast ball. and the meat needs more seasoning. Not the best, butnot the worst. If you found this review helpful please click like. Read more
