I have been by here 3x in the last few weeks. Even though Google says they open at noon, they never are. Today, I waited in my... car and an employee showed up at 12:15, unlocked the door and told me it would be 1 pm before the machines were ready. Very disappointed! Only 4 flavors (peach, low fat vanilla, chocolate, and watermelon) The peach was decent but not that good... since it exploded on the family who was was trying to get that one. Next that same family tried getting the watermelon and EW!Disgusting! Watery,syrupy, and exploded all over the floors. The girl behind the counter was on her phone, and did not help whenthe frozen yogurt exploded on them the first time. There were barely any toppings besides the ones that there picked over.Definitely not a good experience. Seems to me by the other reviewers this is not a great Sweet Cece?s. Read more
Out of the 8 possible flavor capabilities, they only had chocolate, vanilla, strawberry, and mango sorbet, everything else... empty. A bit disappointed in the lack of options but maybe we just went on an off day. No dine in right now. Read more
I have been here twice. Both times no hot fudge!!! this is an ice cream place people!!! No adult wants fake chocolate sauce... on their ice cream. ????. You would last about a minute and a half in the North. Step it up. Read more
I typically love sweet cece?s but this location left much to be desired. When I walked in it was poorly lit and kind of sad... looking inside. I was disappointed that there were only about 5 flavors, and when I looked up to see the flavors I saw acockroach crawling on the wall. DO NOT FILL CUP WITH TOO MUCH FROZEN YOGURT! LEAVE SPACE FOR THE TOPPINGS!The selection of toppings is great. You have to serve... yourself and make your own cup, and I love that. If you don't get it just the way you want, nobody to blame but you. I love thebirthday cake froyo. The best value is the small flat rate cup and fill it all the way with stuff. First time I went, I got thebig one and cost like $13 when they weighed it. Great little place in a safe area. Parking can be tough sometimes but notusually. Read more
No greeting when we walked in. Guess things have changed but they no longer give you your own sample cups to check out the... flavors. They come dispense it for you. Whopping 6 flavors were available. This is what they do...yogurt...seems they shouldhave at least a dozen or more. Check out Yogurt Mountain..there's one in Hermitage. Clean, friendly staff usually, lots ofoptions...unique ones too. MUCH better selection of toppings and easier to dispense too than the crank things here. Step it upSweet Cece's. Needed some dessert bad. Sweet Cici's was the way to go. So many options! They have chocolate, vanilla, cake batter, and swirl... ice cream. Sherbet too. Lots of toppings. Pretty much all of the cereals. Caramel, marshmallow, hot fudge, chocolate chips,m&m's, etc. All the staples. I loaded on chocolate ice cream, chocolate chips, hot fudge, and m&m's. Yes, diabetes, but I willburn that off later. You can weigh your food here so you literally get what you pay for. The staff are on it and professional.The dine in area is kind of small, but it's nice and it's clean. Parking is tight in the area but they have spots. Sweet cici'sis a great dessert option if you don't know what you want but you want ice cream. I'll be back. Read more
