Edit to respond to reply: this review & PHOTO was taken 2 years ago, and you've had a recent remodel at this location. Not a... very professional or timely reply taco bell. This place has an employee that is shady with gift cards and money. My mom and Ihad it happen to us twice by the same young man. The management was made aware yet he still works there. The first time my mompaid with a gift card that had $20 on it, she was given her food but not her card back that shouldve had money still availableon it. She asked the cashier and he tried to tell her there was nothing on it. She told him to check it, he claimed he did andit was empty and wasn't giving her the card back. She had to ask again for her gift card back and he went and got it, so thenshe pulled over called the number on the card and it still had $13.83 still on it. The second time We paid for one drink using agift card that had $11 on it, but he used our gift card to pay for the next people in line order. So disappointed this morning at 10:00am. Saw the grand opening sign. Wanted to go for breakfast. Saw all the employees inside... eating breakfast but the door was locked. When we tried to open the door nobody came to open it. So we were very confused.Wondering if it really was open or if it was just open for employees. Probably better to not have the grand opening signs thereif it's not open for everybody ???? Read more
Totally ok - super cheap and straight forward food.
Outstanding service, particularly the order taker, who was probably the Mgr, along with the quick delivery with a smile. This... crew stands out as the best I've seen in any fast food restaurant in a long time. I also came here about 4 mos ago, and itseemed like the same crew back then, which also did a great job. Ordered from Postmates, and had quite a few issues with my order. The first time I had ordered from this location the food had... been quite lacking in the meat department, but I brushed it off as a one time issue. On todays order, they forgot a large bajablast, a regular cherry freeze, and a doritos locos taco. They also put tomatoes on nachos where I requested none and forgot toput sour cream on it. I thought maybe they were out of sour cream and doritos tacos at first, but this was not the case. Uponbiting into my beefy melt burrito (a sizeable bite), I had a mouthful of sour cream, nothing else, and ended up spitting outtaco bell for the very first time. In addition to this the chalupa had more sour cream than meat (about an inch and a half inthe middle) so that was inedible past a few bites. On top of this, the food was cold on arrival, but that could be on Postmatesend. As a hardcore Taco Bell fan for years, I will be staying far away from this location. Read more
Everyone was so sweet and outstanding! This is the best taco bell I have ever visited. If I could I would give this 5 star... rating a 10 star rating! So far we have visited this taco bell twice and will see it again next time we are in the area. Read more
Terrible customer service? walked in said my food had a hair in it and respectfully asked for a new one. Women was very... frustrated then second time she made item incorrectly. I went back in and said what was wrong with my item ?and she says, wellyou should tell me everything on the item next time? I worked at tbell and that?s just not how it works lady. Its a taco bell but its decently fast so its good enough
