We went to this location to pick up an order we had made online. We had ordered a dozen cookies with frosting, and added two... extra frostings to the order. Unfortunately all the frosting was left out of the order, but when we called customer service theywent above and beyond! It was 8:00 on a Friday night, but someone immediately answered the phone, was overly kind, and not onlyrefunded our money, but gave us $10 in coupons to use for our next visit! Not worth the drive or the price. The cookies are just okay, but they don't really have anything that stands out. The heated... option is nice, who doesn't love a warm cookie? Went inside to order 4 dozen cookies that I was going to cater to a business. The door bell went off and the workers completely... ignored the bell and I could see back in the kitchen everyone in a circle just chatting it up. I stood there for 10 minutes andno one came to the counter. Appeared a manager was back there as well. Decided to leave since no one helped me out.
