Stopped by Top Poke for some bubble tea. Got the strawberry kind. I found it quite refreshing and enjoyed it much. The... restaurant is set up kind of like a deli. They take orders and you wait while it's made. We did not have to wait long. Freeparking is not easy to find around here, but there is a pay lot across the street which is convenient. The staff areknowledgeable and polite. Nice place and I intend to return to try some rolled ice cream in the future. Read more
While we didn’t (couldn’t) get ice cream at Top Cold Grill Ice Cream, we did get bubble tea and poke bowls. The portions... were generous and there were plenty of options for both the poke and bubble tea. The quality of the poke bowls were good but notexceptional. For instance, the rice was hot and that coupled with cool, fresh fish and cool ingredients is a bitoff-putting. Unfortunately, they have signs all over the store saying they are unable to serve ice cream. Apparently, theyhaven’t been able to do so since the Covid-19 pandemic started. Me and my boys recently visited Top Cold Grill Ice Cream in Franklin TN for the first time. The staff greeted us with a smile... and were friendly and helpful considering this was our first time there. The food was very tasty and reminded us of a reallygood sushi restaurant. The portions were huge! The Matcha Milk Tea was delicious and the rolled ice cream was a new and yummyexperience. We will definitely go back often! Read more
The place just opened and they are getting the kinks out, but my whole family met there the first night they served food and we... really enjoyed it. We sampled pretty much everything on the menu: bubble tea, rolled ice cream, poke bowl and salad. I wish theyhad larger tables for parties of 8 because we had to take 2 separate booths.
