One of my favorite Twice Daily's and Shell! Manager threw in a piece of fruit for me during my checkout. ????
Wanted to buy washer fluid and it rang up $2 more then the sign advertised. The cashier couldn't match the price since she... wasn't a manager. I hope they check their prices in their system to fix this issue. I could bring my self to pay almost double,so walked out without the wiper fluid. Read more
The staff was amazing! I ended up getting a flat tire 100 miles away from home. The woman working the night shift made sure... everything was alright multiple times. Unfortunately I never caught her name but she was very hospitable to the situation and agreat person, the world needs more people like her. Read more
The parking lot is filthy they never clean or care for anything. What happened a year ago it was great now a neglected mess.
No receipt paper in gas pump and one worker with 10 people in line. Hate gas stations are so cheap they dont put paper in the... pumps. The one employee was friendly and apologetic. Read more

One of your employees was falling asleep on the job named John. Another employee ask him to help out my mom numerous times to... wake up to help her , when he did He started making grunting noises at her. When they were done she said she was going to turnhim in and he started getting rude and making them same grunting noises at her real loud at her. Something needs to be doneabout this , That was unacceptable And I will be finding a way to get ahold of corporate to let them know what happened. Read more
