I?ve always had a high opinion of this place since it opened. However, I was not happy with my call-in order today. To start... with, the woman who answered my phone call didn?t sound very interested, in fact she hung up on me before getting my name! WhenI called back to give it to her, she said ?oh it shows up.? Then when my husband picked it up, it had fried okra instead of thegreen beans I ordered; I can?t eat okra. I also found French fries in my box and I didn?t order them. Unfortunately I've got tonedit my reviews of this restaurant. It has gone down hill so bad over the last 4 years. I hate going... here but my kids like the fries and tea. We usually get feuea that have been recorded or chicken that has just been laying onthe warmer.... If you get a mixed box I hope you like dark meat because they almost never give you white meat unless it'swings. Read more
We have eaten at many Chicken Express across the region, and this ended up being one of the best tenders. Doesn't look like... much, but food was great and the staff was friendly. Read more
Cashier Dr-T#308 needs to have her attitude adjusted or retrained in having great customer service. I went on Monday evening... around 8:45pm and from the moment I started placing my order she was attitude when I asked a simple question if grilled chickenwas available. She never confirmed the order and at the window I asked her if a specific drink was a coke and she stated nowhile rolling her eyes when I asked her if it could be changed. I wasn?t able to confirm anything else because she closed thewindow and never came back until food was ready. If you don?t like your job or having a bad day there is no need to take out inthe paying customer or anyone period. Read more
We stood in line for over 5 min the girl at the register never asked anyone for their order. She literally stood there tapping... her nails. There was a young man who was in the kitchen in no uniform. We were getting frustrated with them because they wereplaying around, the young man with no uniform came from the back with his hands inside his pants, walked to lock a door. Went tothe young lady who wouldn't take anyone's started laughing, scratched the front of his crouch bagged our food. Another employeehanded us our food left out of the building with her friends laughing. Needless to say, we threw over $40 of food away and hadto find somewhere else to stop. Read more

The fish is the bomb and the ladies working on the counter and line ! Well I hope they are paid for the great job they do. Not... sure if this is one of those places where the owners are becoming filthy rich and employees are struggling to get by. ? Read more
