A little pricey compared to other places, but the drink I got was good. It is a little tacky for the staff to ask about tipping... at the window. I understand that tips are appreciated, but it should be just given by the customer if they should choose, notfeel awkward/ obligated at the window with staff asking for it. Read more

Great coffee house; good options for drinks, including non-coffee based caffeine (energy drinks). Breakfast sandwich was... wonderful. Also cute. My only issue with the place is that it has a TERRIBLE echo, so between the espresso machines and thedrive-through orders, the noise can be jarring. If they would put in a bunch of sound dampening panels, this place would be oneof my favorites. That?s the only reason I gave them four stars instead of five. EDIT - July 2022: I?ve come back to thislocation a few times now. They have sound dampening panels now and it hasn?t been as noisy. I?m now starting to think the firsttime I came there just happened to be a barista who talked really loudly. The place could still use more sound dampening thoughbecause the space is so big and there?s not a lot of stuff filling it, maybe more panels would help, they have the wall spacefor it. Read more

Allow me to tell YOU about Biggby Coffee. Alright, so I swung by here to get an iced coffee after a much-needed Target run... (y'know, like you do). I went through the drive thru and scanned the menu until I noticed the Wednesday special: buy a 24 ozcoffee and get a free bragel sandwich! Did I need that much coffee? Probably not. Was I hungry? No. Did I purchase the Wednesdayspecial? Heck yeah, and it was the farthest thing from regret. I ordered an iced golden latte and a ham and cheese bragel. Thestaff member at the window was super friendly! I took a sip and a bite on my way out and IMMEDIATELY had to pull over and justtake a moment to appreciate the hidden gem of Biggby Coffee. Whoever's idea it was to put turmeric in coffee deserves a raise.The bragel was oozing with cheeses and overall was a decent sized sandwich. We had a fine time at the new Biggby Coffee in Franklin. The mango drink and frozen caramel latte are ???? and Bragel breakfast... sandwich was delicious. It was packed.
