Over priced. Small portions. Poor waitress. When order placed was given the option of soup and salad assuming it was included... with the meal. It was not. No napkins. Bread plates and butter on table with no bread. Had to ask for bread. 3 very small pieceswere brought to our table. There was four of us. My friend ordered lasagna. The top was so hard and dry she couldn’t piercewith a fork. The cook said it was impossible to replace because of being baked in an oven . ???? She ordered ravioli insteadand was very disappointed. Food was ok wasn't bad but wasn't great. Our waitress seemed like she was having a bad day which I totally understand but you... gotta atleast try and be personable. She wasn't disrespectful or anything by anymeans , just wasn't very social. It's a niceplace and looks like they have a nice bar ( I don't drink ) so if you like Italian it's worth atleast trying.. I and my friends went to this restaurant just recently. And it was one of the best dining experiences I've ever had! The food is... immaculate and the atmosphere is amazing. If you like Italian food this is a definite recommendation. Read more
Wow, wow, wow is all I can say. I was scoping out a place to bring some friends for dinner. I went in and ordered a glass of... wine at the bar. The glass served to me was bad. I asked to have another bottle opened and the bartender, who I later found outwas the owner, refused to open a new bottle for me. Instead he poured a taste of other wines, one of which was old and one Ijust didn't want. I asked again if he would open a new bottle but again he refused. I was told I could buy a bottle if I wantedan unopened bottle. So...I left. It was 6:15 on a Saturday and the place was empty. Gee, I wonder why? With service, or lackthere of, which obviously is not geared towards what the customer wants is atrocious!! I'd give 0 stars if possible!! Read more
Wonderful experience all around. Excellent old school bartender who makes an outstanding chocolate martini. Our server was... polite, friendly, and very personable, attentive but not intrusive. The food is very delicious and the pacing of the courseswas spot on; no multiple dishes piled on the table, but not so much time before the next course that you wondered what was goingon in the kitchen. This is one of those places I drive by all the time, yet, have never been to. This week that finally changed. The inside is... beautiful. We were there the Tuesday after Valentines day so it was VERY not busy. Ordered the French Onion soup and ChickenParm. Both were very good. I wanted to like them so much more, but this wasn't the case. I am not complaining, some thingsjust don't hit all buttons. The portions were generous and our server was attentive and delightful. Just getting back out after Covid. my wife found this place by it's coupon =-) First thought was good marketing, second would... it be a good date night place ? It didn't disappoint , we requested a booth and the lighting was dimly lit just perfect for adate. The Italian food was dynamite , had the Chicken Marsala and my wife had a white fish with pasta and both wereoutstanding. We moved to the bar afterwards for cocktails and the decor is a bit woody with some great pictures and glassware.Nice wine fridge maybe 50-60 bottles in there chilling. Went for my wife's birthday and she didn't even get a meal. The manger is a jerk. The food is way over priced. Wife ordered... the sea bass and itdiden even come out until the rest of our party was nearly finished eating. The fish was raw. We sent itback and it came back after all of us were done eating and it was burnt and black. Will never go back there again. Do not wasteyour money on this place. Read more
