The staff works hard but getting ahold of anyone in the store is impossible. They use a call center and it goes nowhere to... nobody. Very frustrating to be on hold for 30min with an automated response repeatedly saying someone will be with youmomentarily. We used to like ordering from our local dominos but after the last two experiences it?s not worth the frustrationand will order elsewhere. Read more

Order food with automated system. Was told 30 minutes and never received food. Hour went by and attempted to call but the store... was apparently closed an hour prior to posted closing times. Don't waste your time ordering delivery here. Read more

First, no one answers the phone. I need to talk to a manager as over the weekend I bit hard into an unexpected full size olive... PIT. Now I have to go to the dentist. I have yet to get a person on the phone. Just an obnoxious automated ?guy? advertisingover and over and over, non-stop. I?ve tried to call over and over in hopes a ?real person? would answer. THIS PLACE IS DISGUSTING! SERVICE IS ABSOLUTELY FOUL! We ordered a Medium Pizza, Chicken & Salad. The Salad was expired... brown/expired? The pizza was nothing fantastic at all wouldn?t feed it too my dog honestly. I usually am not the one too postabout a place but I am seriously shocked that this place is still doing this too hard working customers? I will be getting intouch with the better business & other higher ups in corporate on this matter! I?m lost for words. The manager of the S. 76th St in Franklin location needs some serious Management & Customer Service training. I have never come... across a person in ?leadership? who lacked both of those skills ??????????? We ordered pizza, a sandwich and desserts. 20 minsafter our food was to be delivered (?driver pulling up?), we called the store to get a status on our delivery. The manager toldus that the food was delivered and to look around outside. Timeout? What?! It is 7 degrees at the moment ? I am not going on awild goose hunt to find the food I ordered that was supposed to be physically delivered to me. My husband walked around ourhouse and saw our food just sitting in the driveway? We called the Manager back to ask why our food was left on our driveway andkindly request a new order be delivered? We were hung up on TWICE. On the third call she offered a gift card; we informed herthat we did not want a gift card but rather a new order to be delivered. She refused to do so and hung up again. We will NEVERorder from this location again and we will post about this awful experience everywhere?. Also, disputing the charge. Read more
