I want to give this place -5 points because it has the WORST customer service. I came to pick up my order and waited 5 minutes.... Nothing. Then I knocked on the door and 2 people saw me and nothing. They didn?t come to the door but went back to working. Itried saying I?m here to pick up my order, nothing! Then I tried calling the number on google and when I hit 1 to speak tosomebody at the restaurant, the phone stated no one is there to pick up and phone and hung up. I ordered delivery before and it was amazing! So I am so sad that I can't leave an amazing review today. I ordered pickup and... sat outside for an hour past when my pickup time was scheduled for. The doors were locked no one from Chili's or It's justwings would answer the phone. No signage that they weren't open. The Packers were playing on the tvs inside. They did chargemy account for nearly $100 though. Several other people came and left to get orders too. So I imagine this isn't the onlyangry review today. Let me process the order. Charged my card. Showed up to get the food and the restaurant was closed.
Worst experience, I order the food throughout their website but when I went to pick it up at 5:40 pm the restaurant was close,... no one answer the phone and there?s no body helped to get refund. I don?t know if this is scam or a real restaurant?!! Read more
I tried them out on door dash and im so glade I did they plug they don't short fries like most places to there delicious wings... and fries and the price is good too. go here don't go to wingstop there food is not nearly as good and twice as expensive. Read more
These wings are delicious. I had the lemon pepper wings and apple bbq wings were delicious, juicy and flavorful. And great... prices. Definitely going to be order from this place again. Read more
While I was confined to the hospital, I ordered these wing's for the nursing staff. They were able to try all of the flavors and... there was a ton of frys and the ladies were very appreciative of getting to enjoy the smoked chicken wings. I usually buy thempizza which is also appreciated but the It's just wings were a huge hit. Thanks Read more
