I would like to come here more often but they usually short me on my order. Definitely a problem here with paying attention to... detail. Maybe someone should double check orders. Customer service is so so. The food is sloppy and hamburger bun was hard. A quick stop is fine but McDonald?s is pretty... downhill for me and a last resort. It should be cheaper for the low quality food it really is. Read more
I've always come here later at night and have always gotten a couple things. Last night I ordered some sodas and an apple pie at... the speaker, then I pulled up and added some more items in which I had to pull up to a spot and wait, which I was totally finewith. A manager in a purple shirt came out and gave me my food and was very rude and stated that if I wanted to ad items on nexttime that I had to go back around because I was holding up the drive thru. Three plus people got their food behind me. It wasclearly obvious she felt inconvenienced that she had to walk outside to give me my food which is ridiculous considering its herjob. I also work at a food place right down the road and would never be disrespectful or short with a customer, even if theyinconvenienced me. Terrible terrible terrible customer service. Read more
used to be amazing but has kind of gone down hill. got an order wrong. looked like only one person was actually willing to work... at one point. also while we ordered inside a worker was yelling at the rest of the workers to actually do her job. i mean goodfor her but kind of unprofessional and she shouldn't have to do all that to make people get up and work. still makes amazingmcchickens though lol Read more
Always under average service. Mostly missing things on orders most times I?ve ordered. Puts little to no sauce on spicy chicken... sandwiches. Just picked up another spicy and it looks and tastes as if it was made halfway through the day and was justmicrowaved before given to me. Will stop going here. Read more
I am so impressed with the consistent, fast and courteous service this McDonalds provides. I can always rely on them on my way... to work or dropping the kids off at school. Love this place! Read more
