The food was good the fried pickles and cheese wonton mozzarella sticks were good the soup was good as well as the veggies the... drink was strong. I know that you should not have great expectations about irish food but I thought it would be better than it was.. Pretty bland... and I never had mashed potatoes served on top of parchment paper.. Kinda got a little paper in every bite.. LOL Service isexcellent and very friendly and atmosphere is great. Read more

We have been here a couple times and I can?t figure out what I think of it. We tried it again to see if we were better impressed... and once again we left with mixed feelings. First I should mention they add 3% to bills paid by credit card. There is an 8.5 x11 piece of paper with small print telling you that in the reception area but we didn?t see it until on our way out. They claimtheir chili is great, and it was nice. No accolades. Lamb stew had little lamb but most of the pieces were largely fat. Notnice. More juice than either veg or meat. One companion?s shepherd?s pie was way heavy on spuds and sauce tasted oddly ofspices. Other companion had a wrap and it was rated just OK. The saving grace was bread pudding which was nicely moist, tastedof egg custard as it should and while there was a Jameson caramel sauce it was not excessively boozed ? just about perfect. Our first time at Mulligans came on a Sunday at about 11:30 am. By the time we left, the restaurant was beginning to fill. Our... waitress was pleasant and caring. The food was tasty (bangers and mash, corned beef and cabbage). The portions were ample. Therestaurant has the feel of an Irish restaurant, but the recorded music was very much American. There's a good chance we'llreturn for the Friday fish fry. Read more
I had a good visit here enjoyed Atmosphere and an awesome server with excellent service and attitude. I order a burger that... what I was in the mode for. It well presented taste good and the fries were great. I never been in restaurant with so manyAwards won. I hope to visit again and have that famous lamp soup. Voted Milwaukee's best. Great little Irish restaurant. Food was delicious, the staff was friendly, and the Guinness was cold!
