Used to love it here, but we had problems with our last 2 orders.. 2 times ago it was very late. I get it. They are busy. This... time we got there and they ?never got our order? it was online and when my wife showed it to them they suddenly found it butdidn?t have it made. So we had to wait a half hour for food to be made that should have been ready when we got there. No apologyor offer of any kind from the restaurant. Disappointed with the service in this situation. There are ways to try to retain acustomer, but they choose to do nothing. Read more

Solid Asian food but the menu is huge and they have Thai, Chinese, Cantonese, etc. We ordered delivery of Hunan Pork, beef Pad... Thai, Singapore Curry, sesame noodles and spring rolls. Delivery was 25 minutes past the time quoted but we ordered at 6 pm on aFriday so we weren?t surprised that it was late. I?d say the food was average. Not a ton of flavor in the pad Thai or the Hunanpork and pork had zero spicy flavor even though I requested medium spice. The Singapore noodles were better but not enoughcurry. Read more

When I get Chinese food, I usually get sweet and sour chicken. EVERY other place I've been too just gives it to you in a sealed... container, making the chicken soggy and unsatisfying. Dragon house takes the time to cut a space in the lid of the container soit can vent and stay crisp. I love it. Not to mention their food is awesome! Definitely get from here if you crave Chinese. Goodfood, cheap prices, staff that cares. That's all you can ask for really. Read more

Tried this place for the first time, and everyone loved it. The food was delicious and everything had a very nice presentation.... If anyone has allergies, they were able to accommodate all of our requests, but put me on hold to double check, which I reallyappreciated. You can tell they really care about their customers, and we'll definitely order from here again sometime soon. Read more

Really so disappointed in this restaurant I expected really good Chinese food unfortunately it was typical fare. Extremely... bland and tasteless I ordered wonton soup and Shrimp Lo. The one t in the soup were thick and gummy and the pork inside wasminuscule. The shrimp lomein has 8 shrimp that were 1" in diameter. SO disappointing expected more aleast more of that size. When I went to pay for the order she looked up at me and continued to do more work on orders that were coming in so I stoodthere for 2 minutes until I banged on the window so that she would wait on me and pay for my dinner. I do not recommend. Read more

Food wasn't anything great and lacked flavor. Portions on smaller side for what you pay for. They threw in a complimentary item... for me without asking and when I went to use a coupon they said it was one or the other - it was kind of a weird situation to bein as a consumer. Read more

Former location of the same type of Chinese food restaurant ' Tommy Cheng.' Groomed before closing, this was a private handover... to a family looking to invest in expanding into Chinese takeout. Notable diffence: immediately the food most commonly packagedin prior tin foil base and cheap thin plastic is replaced with a deigned thicker single size circular base and see through thickplastic cover for a tight fit. It impressed me for Chinese takeout as usually they tend to match the same normal cheapcontainer that obviously costs next to nothing. This is much better since the fit prevents any leaks unlike almost always a wayfor manual tin foil sealing to fail a cheap plastic cover from..well let's just say if you eat Chinese don't drive and expectany of your food to leak out let alone if it has sauce. So this is nice! Thats not the product that matters most unfortunatelywhich is food. My first opening of the wax paper holding egg rolls costing more was.. they must have the wrong order but eggrolls are like pizza and it's like seeing half of your slice size when open the Box. The trend was confirmed. Portion sizesare without any need to bust out digital scales less food with more money. And get this!!!! I ordered by phone my usual lunchspecial.. or I tried to but was told sorry.. They charge premium on Sunday with no lunch specials. This is without a doubtthe oddest thing I expected to be finding. I couldn't understand this normal every Chinese place that doesn't stand out but isexactly what you know, but makes weird rules you can't find out and then try a second chance to only get the next gag... Mondayis off! An alternative to Chinese that you won't appreciate. And the food isn't as good as Tommy Cheng either making me notdrive from Oakland for just this place anymore. I'll be stuck with status quo and on the chance I ever needed Chinese in orderto live, I'd be plenty content on the 5 minute walk that is actually open and has prices and f Read more

The food at the restaurant is great. I especially enjoy the orange chicken that has actual orange peels to give the chicken more... orange flavor. The food is delicious and I would definitely recommend to try out this place Read more
