Very disappointed with my attempted experience. I arrived at 8:08 when they say on the door that they close at 9 pm. There was a... worker there and he ran away from the door when we arrived and the doors were locked. We waited and tried to open the door andit was locked. When we walked away the worker went back to cleaning and ran away to the back again when we attempted to go backin to order. We were unable to receive food while the business was supposed to still be open. Read more
The store itself is in a nice little strip where there isn't a ton of food traffic so it's nice and peaceful in addition to... being right by a lot of the fun stuff in Franklin Lakes. The employees were nice, greeting me when I came in and making sure mysammich was as I wanted it. The food is what you expect coming from a Subway so it's ok not great but if you're going there youshould know what to expect anyway, so no point docking a star for that imo. Read more
Phone system is broken..If you call to place an order they put you on hold if customers are there. Then they won't make it if... customers are in store so you still showup and your sandwich isn't ready..Last 2 times I called on lunch break they pullthis..Its off my list for lunch spots not friendly for people with 30 min lunch. Worst place ever. I ordered a sandwich. The gal asked me if I wanted sriracha sauce on the sandwich. I asked if that was... extra and she said no. Then went i went to pay for it, they proprietor charged me for it. I told him that the gal said it wasnot extra, and HE STARTED SCREAMING AT ME. It was like something out of a hidden camera movie, but unfortunately, it was real. No normal person screams of sauce on a sandwich. He was then stuck with a sandwich with sauce on it. I assume this became hislunch. Reporting him to subway did nothing. Note to proprietor, if you like, I will pay for lie detector tests if you refutethis account. I ordered through the website for a pick up, I was given a certain time and when I arrived, the worker didn?t even start the... order! I let it go and waited for about 20 minutes for my order to be ready. I got home, the whole order is messed up, not theright ingredients nor the correct order!! I called to inquire about what had happened, he talked to me with the nastiestattitude I have ever encountered in my whole life! He hang up on me while I was still talking!!
