I visited this location on 10/27/22. They were busy during lunch time, and the employee (young lady) informed me that they were... out of chicken, but they had steak. So I ordered a steak bowl. After she scooped the steak into the bowl, I noticed that itlooked very rare. I?ve never seen Chipotle steak look as pink as this bowl did. I asked if it could be cooked more, and shereplied ?this is the steak we have?. Then a second employee (male) repeated ?this is the steak we have?. I politely said that?I?ll take a pass, and that it?s too rare to eat?. She replied ?okay?, and turned around and threw it in the trash. They didnot offer to cook the steak more, or even replace it with something that wasn?t raw. Poor customer service, and poor qualitycontrol. Never going back to this location. Read more
The bowl was very bland and they did not have any vinegarette. I went to three different Chipotle afterwards to find some. The... first two didn?t have any. I feel like I wast my money. She also wanted to give me the last of the meat and some of the otheringredients. Read more
Didn't like only customer service suck a little meat on food had to pay so much just for some meat paid over $30 for a 1 steak... bowl and small burrito i wished i went to oak park on harlem and lake st very nice and polite there. Read more
If one day Chipotle companie closes they will be able to pin point to this specific store as the beginning of the end. I am not... even blaming the workers because they are clearly overwhelmed, is just bad really bad management. Constant lack of products,they open 11am and are always out of something, one day they have drinks the other day they are empty, bad quality of the food,and people doesn't even know how to roll a burrito. Love the staff, they are super friendly and efficient with their line of work. The food look well and prepared at a timely... manner. There is hardly waiting time. Truly appreciate each individual who has served me in the past. Looking forward to manymore bowls and tacos in the near future! Read more
Ordered 5 carnitas tacos and I got 5 rice and cheese tacos with a hint of carnitas. Then I called the restaurant and the manager... said "if you wanted extra meet you should have asked for it" SMFH. Read more

I got stuck with a trainee girl she was shaking the spoon every time she grab an item, I was really worry I wasn't getting any... meat. They Should have someone with more experience to expedite my visit. The chicken I got was so dry it felt like I waschewing wood . And forget about the cheese barely and same with the lettuce. I even ask for more still she felt mr camera man upthe ceiling was gonna get her fired. Sorry I would not come back to this location. Read more
