Great food , and staff were so nice and gracious towards our party of people. Even though the restaurant was very crowded,... still was able to enjoy the atmosphere because all staff worked to get everyone the orders placed in a speedy manner ,accommodating the order as placed , this is a great place to go and customer service provided is very admirable. Went into Google looking for a Burger in the area that would be a fast such Mc Donald's, Burger King, or Wendy's. Burger Den... came up and open the site to view and the burgers looked so delicious. Mapped and behold when arrived, it was Denny's. Lookedat the Google map and it pinned in the correct location. Went in and asked if they were familiar with the Burger Den and theytold me that I had arrived. Let me express that it has been one of the best burgers I've had in the last three years. You knowhow you see a photo of some delicious outstanding food well the photos of the Burger Den don't disappoint the presentation wasidentical as a photos but the taste to the palate is even better. We are commoners to this Dennys. We absolutely love and appreciate the workers here. Our latest trip there were three people... working. Our server, The cook, and the cleaning guy. They were really good. It's sad that people think it's okay to dine andditch. There was a couple of girls who came in and ate 75% of their meal and then just left. Our server handled it perfectly.All three of the workers we had are wonderful people who did an amazing job. Read more
Far better than my last visit - likely 5 years ago. This was a very well functioning/ affordable/ tasty / easy to park / no... wait / Denny's ! So- Roll the dice ???? on a once icon of dining - It was a good meal @ a good price / Cheers ???? Read more
Rosibel was our server and maybe the manager on duty. She was AMAZING! We had 7 guests. We ordered... we were not rushed and our... food was prepared quickly and accurately. I live 1.5 hours away and I'm glad this Denny's was able to serve us with dine-in. Read more
10 minutes to be seated, good. Looked at menu while waiting to be seated. While waiting I observed one of the bus boys putting... silver ware into packages bare handed. Then he walked away touched the point of sale screen, came back checked his phone andwent right back into putting the silverware into packages. As jermofobic that every one is now he should have been waringgloves. We were then seated, knew what we wanted. Upon being seated ordered 2 coffees with cream and sugar waited 10 minutes forthe coffees, no sugar or creams were brought to table, bad. Asked for cream and sugar coffees got cold. Waited a bit longerthen my spouse said, why are they taking so long? Waited 5 minutes got up asked Mgr where our food was as we had been waitingfor about 40 minutes since we had sat down. Server then came a few moments later with the food. Son asked for some hot sauceand ketchup nothing on the table (might be new normal due to pandemic) bad. Asked for a second cup of coffee was brought rightout. While eating noticed there was significant amount of dust on the picture frames. Food was nothing to be bragged about buthad decent taste. Ordered biscuits and gravy and the gravy had half inch pieces of sausage links in there that were added afterthe gravy was made. Pictures attached of the dusty picture frames. Sorry being critical but the location has been closed for awhile during the quarantine and the management team should have been able to spare some time to have the frames at least wipeddown. This place sucks for services. Went in on a monday the server ignored us mind this I had 2 small children hungry. We had to get... up and let them know we were waiting to put our order in. Errr. The manager came to us told us she was new. LIED I was there amonth ago she served us. N she sucked had to wait a long time to place our order. I HATE THIS PLACE!!!!! perfer IHOP theservices there is much faster. Never will come back to Denny's in Franklin Park. Read more
