I had a great service. The service I just received today was amazing. I placed my order through the drive-thru and once I pulled... up to the window I was greeted by their staff, who were very nice. I didn?t wait too long for my whole order and once I arrivedat my house, I checked my order and it was all correct. Nothing was missing and it was cooked perfectly. Very poor customer service. Jovanni was very rude gave us half order and then went I ask for the rest of the order he argued... with me and refused to check the bag so he went back in and another employer came the the rest of the order that he left inthere. He made it seem like I stole the food. I felt so offensive like hello i paid $70for my order. ???? wow I will not comeback here. We came here for lunch during the week. We tried the mozzarella sticks and ordered grilled cheese double burgers and fries.... There are better Burger options out there. Sonic is a cross between Steak and Shake and Dairy Queen. There are better burgeroptions out there. Service was average. Not friendly, but not terrible. This was our first time trying a Sonic burger. It wasalso our first time at this particular location. Since there are better burger options available elsewhere, we will likely notreturn. Read more
Watch out for fraud. Gave cashier my debit card, 1 week later the same transaction amount was made at this location. I was... working when the transaction was made 6/16/22 @ 9:13am. I have an idea who it was I clearly remember the week prior my debitcard was given back after receiving my item and receipt. Took her a while to give debit card back. If you must order I wouldrecommend using the Sonic App. apple pay does not work at this location. Read more
Ordered two corn dogs. The WORST THAT I HAVE EVER HAD. I literally threw them away. I had been in flights all day and hadn?t had... the chance to eat.. and I still threw them in the trash! Do NOT eat here! I have them a second chance a got a burger and friestwo days later ? still not worth the money. The fries were inedible, the burger wasn?t good at all. Read more

The boy that was at the window could not get my order right he could not remember anything it got to the point that I asked if... he was under the influence and he answers me with I was going to ask you the same thing. When he's the one taking the order andcan't get it right had to repeat myself more than three times and at the end still got it wrong these kids need a lot oftraining especially in customer service.
