The night manager worker is unfriendly and I rather go to McDonald and spend my money, few nights i went there and places my... order every time I don?t get my receipts and when I asked for this manager get an attitude, tonight October 26 (Wednesday) Iorder a meal and three large chili, I was giving one spoon and two crackers , I got back in line ( drive thru) and inform themanager that took and gave me my order, got attitude because I told her what I received, she told me that you only get one eachwhich I know that a lie. It was around 9:53 when I went there so the doors was locked, I always go to this one because I pass bythere on my way to work, but tonight my last time going to any Wendy, if they alright having people with attitude there, I?m notgoing to trust nobody at Wendy, special when you deal with my food. All I did went back to the window and inform her what Ireceived, she grab the crackers and spoon and close the window, I sit there really in shock and she ignored me but she had toopen because I didn?t move and a car was behind me with people she knew, so I informed her again i order three large cups ofchili?s, and she got the worse attitude I just decided to drive off, I don?t know what wrong with these young kids now, sodisrespectful, I drove off, but I will never go to Wendy again, if I want fast food again on my way to work I rather stop atMcDonald?s, Read more

Mannheim road Franklin park, IL location Lady at register was not very friendly (maybe it was the language barrier, since she... didn't speak English very well). I came here today the service was amazing, Elizabeth "i hope I got her name correct" I was here at 5:25pm and she was at the... drive thru. OMG she was super polite, amazing, humble, always had a smile on her face, THANK YOU sooo much Elizabeth!!! Ialways forget everything and she asked me if I needed other items, of course if it wasn't for her I would of forgottenit!!! Today I was having a bad day and thanks to her it gotten better!!!
