Donuts were fresh, what else can you ask? I stopped in late in the day so the variety was low but they still had some favorites... and I was going to get a bunch of glazed when I saw the sign for staff favorite on the apple cider - yummy and thanks for thatsign! Read more

This store is absolutely awful. You try to buy a drink with NO ice and they charge you $1 for no ice. The management will sit... there and argue with you and tell you she can put less ice in the system but will have to charge you $1 for no ice. Absolutelyrude & liars there. The young man named Ryan has helped me a few times and he got rid of the $1 charge every time he has helpedme. Vina is the manager who tried to charge me and then lie about it afterwards. I spoke with corporate and they asked for thestore number & vina felt it was ok to lie about the store number. Corporate was able to find the store with the addressprovided. Vina then tried to give me the drink free and said ?no charge? once she seen me on the phone with corporate. Did notaccept it & will no longer give my money to these people. Read more

This Dunkin might be the most poorly managed, understocked, embarrassment to the franchise. The place has ?Donuts? in its name... and doesn?t have actual donuts on a consistent basis, let alone any other food items offered on their menu. I?ve visitedmultiple times and have not had a single experience where they actually had the items offered on their menu. Ever since theownership change, this place has never been the same. It?s a shame. Note to other customers: do not go here with anyexpectations as you will get let down. That is all. Read more

They needs more employees It take half an hour to complete a order 20 Donna's 1/2 gallon of coffee...due to the ... facts...that 2 employees can't take care of the drive-throughand. The front regular people..inside the Store. The management have to hire at least one more employee Read more

I will suggest that they clean the place if possible. All tables were dirty. ?The sugar stand/table? was really dirty. They were... not that busy and had a few employees. It takes 2 minutes to wipe the tables. My humble suggestion. Thanks. Read more

Very poor service . I ordered a butter pecan macchiato on mobile order and they took everyone that was standing in line before... me . I had to wait for 30 mins . Then they tell me they don?t have butter pecan so I told them to switch to caramel and had towait even longer . This is ridiculous. Mobile orders are supposed to be served first that?s the whole point . They hire any oneat this point so sad . Read more

This place just got renovated and is under new management. New owners are really nice. Definitely recommend this place
