They have a great socially distant set up, minimizing the number of customers allowed inside. Obviously Carvel is pretty... straightforward, and you know what to expect. Five stars for friendly service and covid safe protocols. Read more
Never eating here again. As a person who has lived here for over 20 years and have been a loyal customer at carvel for over a... decade, the new staff that have worked here have the worst attitude possible. They fill half the ice cream up and put barely anyice cream in the cup and it isn?t worth $5 for literally nothing. Not to mention that they have no common curtesy and they foolaround too much. They mess around with each other and joke around instead of working and doing their job. They need to be firedand the manager needs to hire older staff instead of young teens who don?t know how to do their jobs. Read more
I love this place. My daughter always wants a Jr cup with vanilla ice cream with rainbow ???? sprinkles... the young girl there... with the blond hair and wonderful personality is swift and effective when she's serving. Excellent customer service younglady!! Read more
