I drink A LOT of coffee, and I go to this Dunkin Donuts everyday, sometimes multiple times a day, so I am familiar with all the... employees on all of the shifts. This DD has one of the nicest, friendliest and competent staff that I?ve seen. They always greeteveryone and if you are a regular, they remember who you are and how you like your coffee. It?s not just me, I see it withothers as well who are obviously regulars. Your coffee will be up on the counter by the time you get to the register justbecause they saw you on line. The staff on all shifts are very organized and get the orders out as quickly and accurately aspossible. If there is ever a problem they are quick to fix it for you without a problem. It is a very busy DD especially in themornings, but they are very efficient. It?s my favorite DD! Read more
I come here almost all the time, And it?s always a bad experience. I?m definitely NEVER coming back again after today. I order... my bagels on the app with butter on the side and the always get it wrong when I go pick them up there?s no butter on the sideit?s ON the bagel which I didn?t ask for. They barely know English so it?s very difficult for me to explain why they are in thewrong! The manager was very rude and told me that if there?s a problem to fix it on the app. HOW ? Stopped here while in the neighborhood. Friendly and nice workers. They forgot my whipped cream on my signature mocha latte but... quickly remedied it with an apology. Latte was good. Didn't skimp on the mocha and tasted as it should. I also ordered an bacon,egg and cheese sandwich. Tasted great but they definitely skimped on the bacon. Maybe I got 1 or 2 pieces on my sandwich.Barely tasted it. Will go back for drinks but not sure if I'd order food here again. Read more
