Went through the drive thru around 12 am no one else was there, it wasn?t busy. Ordered a bean burrito. It was flat, torn up,... and had burnt pieces on it like it was scrapped off the grease trap. I tried calling when I opened it up after I got home noanswer. I contacted the company, no response from them but why would there be when there is no place for you to leave contactinfo unless you type it in the comment box. This store is absolutely pitiful; staff, dining area, restrooms & most importantly the food. The staff yells way too much,... messes up every order & its insane because it happens very often now. They need better customer service here, the managercouldn't correct an order even after showing my receipt & you could hear them talk bad behind the food line Read more

Yesterday I had a bad experience. I had a simple order. Janet in Franklin Square argued with me when I had asked her to correct... the order. Accused me of lying about my order. I will never go back to that location. Staff needs customer servicetraining. Went back again hoping for a better experience. I waited almost 15 minutes for one beefy burrito and when I got itall there was on it was nacho cheese and sour cream. There was no beef I tried to explain that to the cashier and she?s openingthe sandwich in front of everybody saying there?s beef on it. I tell her I will pay for another one because that?s why they callit beefy burrito. She gives me attitude and tells me that I ate some of the burrito. She gave me another one but I lost myappetite now. Horrible customer service I am never stopping in this Taco Bell ever again. Ordered a crunch wrap supreme it was soggy. We also ordered doritos locos tacos. The tacos were gross they were stale.

On the Mobile App placing the order was hard to complete. Also although we only ordered one, our order was changed to 3 12... packs of tacos. This inflated our order from 32 to 61 dollars. On top of this, part of the order, the Chalupa, was notincluded, this required a second trip to rectify. The items in the order are not labeled, so it took longer to realizesomething was missing. Overall it was a bad experience. I'm not likely to order again, and if I do it won't be by the mobileapp. None of this spoke to the quality of the food (Good), or the staff (Also good, if overworked). This is all about theprocess to order, which was horrible. Read more
