The manger April has no customer service skills. The food is not cooked properly and the manager April doesn't want to give... refunds for less than satisfactory, she lied about my refund being picked up by another person. Had to actually call the policeto get an incident report put on file because I was asked to leave the premises for demanding my refund. I have ordered every week just about. The last two times i have ordered i get my pizza and it is mediocre. Its warm not hot and... last night my wings had 7 wings per box when it should be 10. I had two orders. Was supposed to get credit two times ago andhave yet to recieve that. Read more
There was literally not even 1 piece of chicken in my chicken alfredo pasta. The meaty marinara was amazing. The breadsticks had... that dry powdered seasoning all over it and why does it not come with a complimentary sauce?? It's breadsticks! I always have tobuy 2 or 3 sauces but it should at least come with 1. Staff was great, building and lot were clean. Parking is a nightmare andpeople pull up however they want (every time im there) and desserts are way overpriced. Food is always good though. Called thestore and immediately gave me a refund. Quick, apologetic, nice as can be. They did a great job. Will definitely be back afterthis. Read more
The manager (female but didn?t get her name - probably April mentioned in other reviews) forgot to make my wings. (2 orders... along with pizza and melt). Cashier offered all of my order but the wings. She apologized and ran to make them. She made oneset. Once she realized her mistake, she asked the manager to make another six to complete my order. An hour later, I am stillwaiting. After I saw the manager put three wing orders into a delivery bag, I asked where my wings were. When I mentioned Iwanted a full refund and all of my food, the manager ran to the back to hide knowing she is the only person who could give arefund. Read more
