Super confused as why when I ordered my drinks they didn?t tell me they were out of them. Then why I didn?t get flat lids... instead I got dome lids with ice drinks. They did ask if I wanted to replace them. I did say no since they made all the drinksalready with other stuff I didn?t want. I didn?t want to have them remake them. But please next if you can?t make simple icecoffee drinks then say you don?t have it in the beginning of the order not after the fact. Normally this a great location butlately they?ve missed the mark big time. Read more

Good as Starbucks is. Consistent. Slow service. Had to wait while cashier and customer ahead of me rehashed their life stories

Male employee was so rude. Gave me a nasty word which " I am not on your schedule " . It because of I'm working at the same... Safeway store? When I buy coffee at Starbucks, I AM THE CUSTOMER BECAUSE I PAY TO GET THE COFFEE! And it was passed 6:02 am. Itshould be ready to open at 6 am. Am I wrong? On the other hand another two female employees are awesome! They are so friendlyand give me a great courtesy that makes me want to buy from them. It's pretty shame that Starbucks head manager doesn't see whois the best to work at your Starbucks store. Read more

I saw the barista, Neringa, be awfully rude to a customer and for no apparent reason at that. Neringa messed up her order, made... her wait in line, and then ignored her for several minutes once it was her turn to order again. Absolutely unprofessionalbehavior on her part. Read more

I was in line on a busy day 1/4/20 and witnessed the the lady with the short blonde hair working behind the counter completely... belittle a customer in front of not only me but several other customers in line. Completely unprofessional behavior. I left theline upon seeing that. You don?t do that in front of customers and you definitely don?t talk to another human being like that. Read more
