I came in on 9/11/22 and the cashier lady that wears glasses was so rude and very pushy. She looked more entertained on her... phone then wanting to take my order. They had the open light off when they don?t even close until 9:30pm. Management needs to dosomething about this because you can?t have workers work for a place that don?t want to work. My son went in and ordered 1 blizzard (start to his birthday weekend)as I waited in the car. After 15 minutes and watching... several customers that came and left I went in to see what the problem was. Apparently they lost his order and we were told thatthey?d make it now (no ?sorry about that?, which was quite annoying). When another employee asked if I had ordered I mentionedyes, 16 minutes ago. The girl that took my sons order then said ?I?m sorry I know it?s an inconvenience but it?s aninconvenience for us too, we were in the middle of a shift change?. Another employee then almost yelling said, ? it?s being madethere?s nothing more we can do!? When my sons blizzard came up we were sarcastically told to have a good night. I get the "please be patient, there's new and smiling faces working" and I can be patient with that. That said, the on hand... employees were not very enthusiastic and talking amongst themselves as much as they were paying attention to the work they weregetting paid for. Not only was I accidentally overcharged (which was thankfully quickly fixed), but despite my two part order,there was TWO multi-person orders that came in AFTER me and BOTH received their orders BEFORE me. When I asked what was goingon, I was told twice in a very flat tone "they're working on them" before being walked away from. VERY POOR experience. Wouldn'tgo back there unless in a pinch. Read more
I don't know what they do to make their mocha moolate's different, but I think they add way too much soft serve and not enough... slush because it is not good and it does not taste like a mocha moolatte. It just tastes like chocolate ice cream, through astraw.. But otherwise everything else is great. Haven't had any issues here. Read more
Ice cream is good as always but the staff was pretty rude. One worker in particular was getting super rude with customers. Very... sassy & screaming from the back at customers. It was atrocious behavior. On top of it the line was soooo long. Waited a halfhour just to order. Read more

Ordered a banana split blizzard. They said my receipt didn't print out so I waited longer than usual. Girl put a regular lid on... instead of a dome lid. Ice cream all over my car. The blizzard itself didn't have much flavor. Tasted like all vanilla icecream. Disappointed. Read more
