I would've given 5 stars but rice and beans alongside my dinner was a very skimpy portion. Wish the chips would've been warm,... fresher. Other than that the puffy tacos were worth the hour drive each way. Great service. Clean. Prices were fine. Read more

No pinatas, more like Aztec design. Spacious dining rooms. Have been going to them in Frasier since they first started 50... years ago as a single store front. Love their patented puffy taco. Now I drive over 50 miles to go there and it's worth it. Read more

Alright, so positives first. Staff is incredibly friendly and attentive even during peak hours. The restaurant was packed and... we were seated quickly. Decor is pleasant and inoffensive, and acoustics are good to hear yourself speak. Seating iscomfortable. Wait times at peak hours are as expected. Price point is 20 per person. 30 with drinks and appetizers. Positivesdone. Flavors are bland. Put plainly, this Mexican fusion has a flavor pallet that can be described as "Mexican for retiredwhite pallets." The guacamole needed lime, salt, some pepper. Queso has decent flavor though the cheese choice reminds me ofpimento without the olives, with a bit of poblano. The salsa was almost flavorless and was better mixed with the queso. Therefried beans were watery to the point of being inedible. The poblano pepper was overcooked to the point that it lost much ofits heat and all its firmness. To their credit they don't screw up red sauce but honestly how do you do that? The ingredientsare themselves excellent quality. Good cheese, good meats. But it lacks the cumin, the oregano, and the HEAT that you expect. It doesn't need to be sweat inducing but a little Chilli powder wouldn't hurt. For the price, if you want serious Mexican, youwill be disappointed. If you want good quality, but low flavor Mexican with very little variety of options (fine if you alwaysorder the same dish.), it will be a better alternative to proper Mexican in the area. If you are looking for REAL Mexican food this is definitely not the place to go. This is basically pricier Taco Bell with... servers. The salsa was flavorless, the chips were cold, the puffy tacos are salty and everything else was just O.K.. That reallybasically sums it up. That said, service was good and the restaurant itself was clean. Read more

All star ratings are for the bathroom, not the establishment. Holy cow these sinks! Look at them! Soap, water, air dryer... I... love this set up. It's possibly the best sink I've ever seen in my life. 2 urinals without a divider for all you meat peakerz. 2 stalls that are pretty much their own room. The bathrooms are tucked down what feels like a nice sound proof hallway. Thisis premier bathroom living. You could have jalapeños and chorizo and not have to be self conscious. Read more

Our server, Shaun W, was amazing. He was friendly, polite and a pleasure to be waited on by. The manager was amazing when it... came to gluten free options and offering to check labels if needed. A huge plus was they have a separate gluten free menu! Read more
