Normally wonderful, I love visiting with staff. Today I stopped for lunch and ordered 3 subs, 12". It was a very long wait and... was charged incorrect. This is edited. Not only did they apologize right away, but also took the time to write me a letter andrefunded me in full. I didn't expect that at all. That is going above and beyond customer care.
