Ok food but way better options elsewhere when you don't have drivers that are paid to compensate them it's hard to run a... business that are all about delivery and with the times were in with it being a employee market when a business doesn't pay aproper livable wage it's hard to operate the business when the owners are too cheap one person in there which I still think isillegal working expected to do everything by that one person self for $16 an hour is full time with no health care or dental orvision or paid time off or sick time putting in over 50 Plus hours with no true help from higher management is ludicrous andreckless by its franchise owners not to mention specifically this location when people don't tip how do you expect to keepdrivers if you don't pay them a little more to compensate them for the lack of generosity from your customer base it is trulysad when the biggest franchise pays lower than the corporate which is unreal in a way usually franchises pay more than corporatebut not msk how do you expect to succeed when your people are miserable because they put in the work for pennies on the dollaryou can't compete in an employee market not like that hence why I went elsewhere got everything that I was promised by Tim athen MCO but never got after moving my family over 2000 miles just bad business practices as well as shorting paychecks andtaking over a mouth to sort out Read more
Horrible. Had two small kids waiting for dinner for 1 hour only to hear the order had been canceled. No explanation given. No... one picks up the phone either. Shame on you guys!!! Read more
Gave this Dominos a shot today for the first time in 3+ years. We had bad experiences in the past but we thought maybe it would... be different. Nope. Went to pick up my pizza at the time specified and they hadn't even started on my order yet. Only 1 workerwas there making pizza. No other employees in sight. I wish I could give them my business, but looks like I will be goingelsewhere. Read more
I was shocked they actually had delivery as an option again at this location. I hadn't ordered with them in a least a year as... everytime I tried to order delivery on the app/page it would say they don't offer delivery at that time. So I placed my order,had an estimated time of @40 minutes to have it at my door and waited. After about 35 minutes I get a cancellation. No reason,no rationale, just that the order was cancelled. This pizza place is very inconsistent. The pizza me and my family had was under cooked and the garlic knots (attached picture)... looked like cookies and had little to no flavor. It was overall a bad meal and we won?t go to this dominos again. Read more
I have been a customer since 2014 and I am very sad to say their customer service is utterly nonsense. This is not first time... but happened several times. Ordered pizza from an app and went for pick up after 25 minutes, they asked to pay first and saidyour pizza is in the oven. After waiting for 10 min when asked for pizza status, manager realized that they forgot to makepizza. Ordered regular cheese pizza but when open the box it was full with extra cheese. Very pathetic service and would notrecommend to go to this location. Read more
I ordered from here recently and the store only had one guy working on a Friday night. Christopher was swarmed with orders and... customers in the store and he was really hustling and doing everything he could to keep up with everything. Despite all thestress and pressure he was extremely kind and professional and his service was impeccable. Don't write off the hard work of anindividual breaking their back to keep this store afloat.
